Basically, I want to show busy people that eating healthy can be simple, easy and satisfying. If you’re looking for a fad diet, REEL Meals is not for you. My goal is to assist people in developing good eating patterns and to learn the importance of portion control and how to recognize good carbohydrates and lean proteins. I’m here to demonstrate that healthy food doesn’t always have to taste like cardboard! Included in the calorie controlled (1200/1500/1800) plans are breakfast, an AM snack, lunch, a PM snack and dinner for 15 days.
